is there an actual end to this game? what does the barat the top right mean?
game was hgard at the beginning, you could easily be overrun if you waited to long with killing the summoners. but later on, you just oneshot everything and eachs tage is jsut running up dirctly in front of the summoner, machine gunning him, repeat 2 more times, kill remaining mobs and collect loot (which becomes hard since moving that fast, standing exactly at a box becomes hard).

to asnwer your questions:
- currently there is no end, the game will get harder and harder up to a point.
- the bar is a display of the difficulty, it shows how long till the next jump in difficulty
